  1. Develop and implement IT category strategies that align with the overall business objectives and drive digital transformation for clients.
  2. Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT needs and develop innovative solutions to address them.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies in the IT industry.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic recommendations to improve their IT infrastructure and operations.
  6. Keep abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of IT innovation.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT category projects and initiatives, ensuring they meet established goals and objectives.
  8. Manage budget and resources effectively to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects within agreed timelines and budget.
  9. Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building the company's reputation and expanding its network.
  11. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment and integration of IT strategies with overall company goals.
  12. Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of IT category operations.
  13. Stay updated on the latest developments in the IT industry and provide thought leadership within the organization.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the IT category team.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of ethical and responsible behavior.

Job Qualifications
