Capabilities & Insights Expert - M&A Insights
M&A Insights is seeking a M&A Expert to support clients in creating sustainable impact by helping them to develop and execute their transaction strategy. This role will serve as a full-time team member on a client engagement, typically on a specific workstream or asset/solution delivery in area of expertise; may be partially dedicated to a client team or may be partially dedicated to several teams simultaneously. You will also occasionally work directly with clients with ability to scope, own and drive a complex knowledge/expertise-focused work stream. You will be deployed remotely with potential to work on-site though not a requirement. Further, you will assist clients in developing internal capabilities to better implement M&A strategies, execute transactions, integrate acquisitions, and separate divestitures as part of the service line’s Capability Building initiatives.
6+ years’ experience in M&A, corporate finance, strategy consulting or a similar field
Prior consulting experience preferred, ideally with an M&A focus
Experience leading cross-functional teams, framing, designing, and executing solutions for challenging business situations
Able to translate complex technical and non-technical topics to stakeholders and client peers
