- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the energy and materials industry, including market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the energy and materials sector, and serve as a trusted advisor on their business challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business issues for clients, and develop customized solutions and recommendations.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify insights and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
- Support the development of client presentations and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and share knowledge and insights with colleagues.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of tools, frameworks, and methodologies used by McKinsey in the energy and materials sector.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support on projects and professional development.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and ways of working within the Global Energy & Materials practice.
- Embody McKinsey's values of integrity, respect, collaboration, and commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Economics, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Energy And Materials Industry, Preferably In A Consulting Or Analytical Role.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Analyze Large Amounts Of Data To Identify Key Insights And Trends.
Proven Experience In Developing And Delivering Presentations To Senior Stakeholders, With The Ability To Communicate Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Global Energy And Materials Markets, Including Key Players, Trends, And Challenges.
