- Represent McKinsey & Company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Process Consulting And Implementation.
Strong Knowledge Of Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma.
Experience Working With A Variety Of Industries And Clients On Business Process Projects.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
