Business Insights Fellow
You will work within our global organization and drive impact through expertise across multiple industry and/or functional areas. In this role, you will work with different teams across a variety of functions during a series of rotational assignments over the 2-year program. Your work will include internally focused projects as well as a potential client facing opportunity which will range from internal operations (such as recruiting, people analytics, finance and communications), industry or practice focused (McKinsey Academy, banking analytics, Client Tech, Risk) to 6 months helping our clients in the private, public and social sectors solve some their most pressing problems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Recently graduated (within the 12 months) or in final year of undergraduate or master's degree program at a New York public institution
