  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' manufacturing and supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth for clients in the manufacturing industry.
  3. Utilize strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and supply chain management to bring innovative ideas to clients.
  6. Communicate complex ideas and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to support business development efforts.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other deliverables for clients.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of work products.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on manufacturing and supply chain management, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
  11. Proactively identify potential issues and risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Business Analyst Role, Preferably In The Manufacturing Or Supply Chain Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Interpret Data To Make Informed Business Decisions.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Trends In Manufacturing And Supply Chain Management, As Well As Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean Or Six Sigma.
