  8. Communicate complex concepts and findings to clients and team members in a clear and effective manner.
  9. Contribute to the development of intellectual property and thought leadership within the manufacturing and supply chain industry.
  10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to apply them to solve complex problems.
  11. Take initiative and lead project tasks to ensure timely delivery and high-quality work.
  12. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development.
  13. Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
