  2. Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategic recommendations and solutions for clients in the manufacturing and supply chain industry.
  3. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify key issues and develop innovative solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with valuable insights and advice.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, trends, and emerging technologies to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
  6. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery.
  8. Effectively communicate complex ideas, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  9. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and refine processes and methodologies.
  10. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential clients and opportunities and showcasing the value of McKinsey's services.
  11. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their development and growth.
  12. Represent McKinsey's values and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
