- Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to identify innovative solutions and continuously improve procurement processes.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to drive successful procurement outcomes.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to their career growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve procurement practices.
- Represent McKinsey & Company and maintain a professional image while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Strategic Sourcing.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Negotiate With Suppliers.
Familiarity With Procurement Processes And Tools, Such As Contract Management, Supplier Performance Evaluation, And Cost Analysis.
