  1. Conduct market research to identify procurement trends, best practices, and potential suppliers for our clients.
  2. Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and develop strategic procurement plans.
  3. Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive cost savings for clients.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality products/services.
  5. Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers on behalf of clients.
  6. Monitor and track procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates on procurement initiatives and address any concerns or issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations related to procurement to ensure compliance and inform strategy.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their procurement knowledge and skills.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  11. Participate in business development activities to expand our client base and promote our procurement services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Strategic Sourcing, Preferably In A Consulting Or Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Analyze Data To Make Strategic Procurement Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Clients.
