  1. Conduct research and analysis on human capital and organizational development trends to support client projects.
  2. Collaborate with a team of consultants to develop and implement strategies to optimize client's people and organizational performance.
  3. Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with clients to gain insights and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Create presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in human capital and organizational development.
  7. Support the development and implementation of internal initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the team.
  8. Take ownership of project tasks and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of work.
  9. Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive decision-making.
  10. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address complex client challenges.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within McKinsey & Company to leverage expertise and best practices.
  12. Adhere to company standards and policies while maintaining confidentiality of client information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-4 Years Of Experience In Human Capital Consulting, Organizational Development, Or Human Resources Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Insights And Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Clients And Team Members.

  • Proven Project Management Experience, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Meet Tight Deadlines.
