- Work closely with clients to implement and drive change in their organizations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in organizational performance and talent management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the People & Organization Performance practice at McKinsey & Company.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In A Consulting Or Human Resources Role, Preferably With An Emphasis On Organizational Performance Or Talent Management
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Provide Strategic Recommendations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels
