Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Drive Insights And Recommendations.
2-3 Years Of Experience In A Consulting Or Human Resources Role, With A Focus On Organizational Performance Or Talent Management.
