Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Consulting, Hr, Or Organizational Development.
Strong Understanding Of Organizational Performance Drivers And Experience In Implementing Performance Management Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Influence Change.
Demonstrated Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Identify And Address Performance Gaps.
