Associate Partner - Mergers and Acquisitions

In this role, you will be part of the McKinsey Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) leadership team and play the role of a top advisor to help clients maximize long-term value through transformational and lasting change. You will lead clients in seamlessly translating M&A Strategy into value-focused planning and execution, thus providing more total return to shareholders. You will execute complex and multi-national transactions flawlessly. You’ll have the opportunity to provide end-to-end leadership and support across multiple dimensions such as M&A strategy, target selection, portfolio review, asset rationalization as well as deal transaction and diligence. Leveraging your deep industry expertise, you will guide both your clients and your teams through full-cycle engagements from strategy to implementation. As part of the leadership team, you will lead the development of new client opportunities. You will develop strategic client relationships, while ensuring the highest quality client work.
