Associate - McKinsey Transformation

As an Associate, you will be part of a team that works with clients to drive transformational change. You will use cutting-edge research, analytical capabilities, and deep strategic insight to help clients make meaningful changes.To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in driving change and transformation, as well as a passion for problem solving and collaboration. You should be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and an ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.You should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, economics, finance, or engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
