Responsibilities:

1. Actively participate in project management and consulting activities for McKinsey Transformation projects.
2. Utilize problem solving and analytical skills to effectively identify and solve complex business problems.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure timely project completion.
5. Take initiative and think creatively to develop innovative solutions to challenges.
6. Prepare and present project deliverables to clients.
7. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
8. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
9. Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
10. Suggest process improvements to enhance McKinsey Transformation team performance.
