- Conduct research and analysis to identify key business challenges and opportunities for clients in the manufacturing and supply chain industry.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions and strategies for clients to improve their manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to help clients overcome complex challenges.
- Conduct interviews and gather data from clients to gain a deep understanding of their business processes and operations.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and supply chain to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Work closely with senior team members to support project management and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Supply Chain Role, Preferably In A Consulting Firm Or A High-Growth Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data And Insights To Drive Decision Making.
Proven Project Management Experience, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Priorities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
