- Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their operational challenges in the manufacturing and supply chain space.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop innovative solutions and recommendations for clients.
- Utilize your expertise in manufacturing and supply chain management to provide valuable insights and strategic guidance to clients.
- Work closely with project teams to develop and implement action plans to improve operational efficiency and drive impactful change.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients effectively, both verbally and in written reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and supply chain management to continuously enhance service offerings.
- Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure timely and high-quality completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide exceptional service.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development.
- Represent McKinsey & Company in a professional manner and uphold our commitment to delivering excellence to our clients.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Supply Chain Role, Preferably In A Consulting Or Strategic Advisory Capacity.
Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience With Implementing Lean Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team And Collaborate With Clients From Diverse Backgrounds.
