Associate - Manufacturing & Supply Chain

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify areas for improvement in their manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Conduct in-depth analyses and research to develop strategies and recommendations for clients.
- Utilize your strong background in engineering or business to provide technical expertise and insights to clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive operational excellence and optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Monitor and track progress of projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to present findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and supply chain management.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and represent McKinsey & Company in a positive manner at all times.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Business, Or Supply Chain Management.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Or Supply Chain, Preferably In A Consulting Or Industry Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Clients.
Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Manage Projects And Mentor Junior Team Members.
