- Conduct research and analysis of client's manufacturing and supply chain operations, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand their business objectives and provide innovative solutions to achieve their goals.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to develop insights and recommendations for clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Lead and support project teams, delegating tasks and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Communicate complex ideas and findings to clients and team members in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful project completion within set parameters.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Manufacturing & Supply Chain practice through thought leadership, business development, and internal initiatives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing And/Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Strategy Role.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Proficiency In Data Analysis And Modeling.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices, Including Lean Manufacturing Principles And Supply Chain Optimization Strategies.
