- Conducting research and analysis on various manufacturing and supply chain topics to support project deliverables.
- Collaborating with senior team members to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
- Assisting with the preparation and delivery of client presentations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participating in client meetings and workshops to gather insights and provide support.
- Conducting data analysis and creating reports to support project findings.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and supply chain management.
- Managing and prioritizing multiple project tasks and deadlines.
- Contributing to the development of new tools and methodologies for the Manufacturing & Supply Chain practice.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members to support their growth and development.
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet McKinsey's standards.
- Representing McKinsey in a professional manner and upholding the firm's values and culture.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or Related Field
2-3 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Or Supply Chain Management
