- Provide support to the Manufacturing & Supply Chain practice by conducting research, data analysis, and developing recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to identify and solve complex business problems related to operations and supply chain strategies.
- Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and develop insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and supply chain management.
- Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the practice.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Support the preparation and execution of client engagements, including project planning, data gathering, and project management.
- Actively participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster collaboration and continuous learning.
- Demonstrate professionalism and uphold the values and standards of McKinsey & Company at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Economics, Or A Related Field From A Top-Tier University.
2-4 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Supply Chain Role, Preferably At A Leading Company In The Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision Making.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Clients And Team Members.
Demonstrated Leadership Potential And A Track Record Of Delivering Results In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
