- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop legal strategies that drive business success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams, providing guidance on legal matters related to the life sciences industry.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent the company and its clients in negotiations and legal proceedings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
- Train and educate colleagues and clients on legal issues and developments in the industry.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive legal and business information.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards of conduct.
- Mentor and develop junior legal team members.
- Support and promote McKinsey & Company's values and culture.
Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience Practicing Law In The Life Sciences Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Experience Representing Clients In Regulatory Matters.
Strong Understanding Of Intellectual Property Law And Experience With Patent Prosecution And Litigation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Work With Cross-Functional Teams.
