Job Description

McKinsey & Company, one of the world’s leading consulting firms, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Associate Director of Ethics to join our team. The Associate Director of Ethics will be a key figure in upholding our core values of integrity and trustworthiness and ensuring that our business practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations.Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a professional setting in an ethics and compliance role. A successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in which we operate, and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective ethics and compliance programs. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective ethics and compliance programs.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Create and maintain clear policies and procedures for ethical business practices.
  4. Track and review employee compliance with ethical standards.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory developments.
  6. Provide guidance and support to all employees on ethical issues.
  7. Investigate potential violations of the company’s code of conduct.
  8. Prepare and present reports on ethics and compliance to senior management.
  9. Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  10. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant government agencies and other professional organizations.
