
Associate Director of Ethics
McKinsey & Company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Associate Director of Ethics to join our team. This position is responsible for taking the lead in developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive ethics program for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ethical principles and the ability to interpret and apply these principles to our corporate policies and procedures. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills and demonstrate a commitment to integrity and ethical practices. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in ethics, law, or a related field• 8+ years’ experience in ethics compliance, training, and/or policy development• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing ethics programs• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Demonstrated commitment to ethical values and practices
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement an effective and comprehensive ethics program. • Create and maintain policies and procedures related to ethics and compliance. • Analyze and interpret ethical principles and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Provide guidance and advice to management and staff on ethical issues. • Develop and lead training sessions on ethical principles and practices. • Monitor ethics-related matters and suggest improvements. • Investigate violations of ethics policies and report findings. • Develop measures to ensure compliance with ethics standards. • Develop procedures to handle ethics complaints. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure ethical practices are followed. • Support and promote a culture of ethical behavior throughout the organization. • Prepare reports and presentations on ethics-related topics.
