Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to ethical and compliant business practices.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate policies and external regulations.
  3. Investigate and provide guidance on potential ethical issues.
  4. Educate and train employees on ethical and legal issues.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
  6. Proactively identify and address risks and potential conflicts of interest.
  7. Monitor and report on compliance and ethical performance.
  8. Provide guidance and advice to leadership on ethical and legal matters.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations for executive management.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to improve ethical and compliant performance.
