Job Description

McKinsey & Company is looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Ethics to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about upholding the highest ethical standards and who can apply their knowledge and expertise to promote ethical behavior and culture within the organization. You must have an advanced degree in ethics, philosophy or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an ethics-related role. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for ethical behavior and have a strong background in ethical decision-making. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement an effective ethics program within the organization.
  2. Create and lead workshops, seminars and other educational activities to raise awareness about ethical issues.
  3. Establish and maintain ethical standards for the organization.
  4. Monitor and assess the organization’s policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with ethical standards.
  5. Investigate suspected violations of ethical principles and advise on appropriate corrective actions.
  6. Provide consultation and support to team members and other stakeholders in the organization on ethical matters.
  7. Act as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders on ethical matters.
  8. Advise senior management and the Board of Directors on ethical issues.
  9. Monitor the organization’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations that share the same ethical values.
