- Lead and mentor a team of ethics and compliance professionals.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ethical standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to stay current on best practices in ethics and integrity.
- Prepare and present reports on the company's ethical performance to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate ethical considerations into business strategies and decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon the firm's ethics and integrity program.
- Represent the company in public forums and events related to ethics and integrity.
Strong Understanding Of Ethics And Integrity Principles: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ethical Principles And Integrity Standards, As Well As Experience In Implementing Them In A Corporate Setting.
Proven Track Record In Ethical Leadership: The Associate Director Should Have A Demonstrated Track Record Of Ethical Leadership, Including Experience In Developing And Implementing Ethics And Integrity Policies And Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For This Role, As The Associate Director Will Be Responsible For Engaging With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization And Promoting A Culture Of Ethics And Integrity.
