
Associate Director, Ethics & Integrity
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Associate Director, Ethics & Integrity at McKinsey & Company. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our ethical and compliance policies, ensuring that we continue to operate with the utmost integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. - Develop and implement ethical and compliance policies that align with the company's values and standards.
- Monitor and assess the company's adherence to ethical and compliance policies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels on ethical and compliance issues.
- Conduct trainings and workshops to educate employees on ethical and compliance standards.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations and ensure the company's practices are in compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ethical and compliant practices are integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Lead investigations into potential ethical violations and determine appropriate actions to address them.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulators and industry associations, to stay informed on industry best practices.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the company's ethical and compliance efforts.
- Identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities related to ethics and integrity.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to promote a strong ethical and compliance culture.
- Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the company's ethical and compliance program to ensure it remains effective and relevant.
- Represent the company in external forums and events to promote the company's commitment to ethics and integrity.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Law, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Consulting Or Corporate Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Ethics, Compliance, And Integrity Principles And Regulations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Think Strategically.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
