- Develop and implement ethical standards and policies that align with the core values of the firm.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and laws related to ethics and integrity.
- Conduct regular training and education programs for employees to promote ethical behavior and decision-making.
- Serve as a resource for employees to address any ethical concerns or conflicts of interest.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate ethical practices into business processes and procedures.
- Lead investigations into potential ethical violations and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to ethics and integrity.
- Advise senior leadership on potential ethical risks and provide recommendations for mitigating these risks.
- Foster a culture of ethical behavior and promote a strong sense of responsibility and accountability among all employees.
- Represent the firm in external events and forums related to ethics and integrity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as clients, to ensure alignment with our ethical standards.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the firm's ethics and integrity programs and make improvements as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Law, Ethics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Ethics, Compliance, Or Corporate Social Responsibility.
Strong Understanding Of Global Ethical And Regulatory Frameworks, Including Fcpa And Uk Bribery Act.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Ethics And Integrity Programs, Policies, And Training.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
