  1. Support clients in developing and implementing capital allocation and investment strategies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and sustainable growth for clients.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify opportunities for capital optimization.
  4. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.

  7. Assist in developing and delivering presentations and workshops for clients on capital excellence topics.

  9. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve and enhance the firm's capital excellence offerings.
  10. Take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  11. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development.
  12. Represent McKinsey & Company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  13. Adhere to company values and standards and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency in day-to-day work.
  15. Collaborate with colleagues to identify potential business development opportunities and support proposal development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
