- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that align with clients' goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track project progress, provide regular updates to clients, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in capital optimization.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop proposals and pitch potential clients on the benefits of working with McKinsey & Company.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business development and growth within existing client relationships.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field From A Top-Tier University
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis Or Investment Banking
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Senior Stakeholders
Experience Working On Capital Optimization Projects And A Solid Understanding Of Financial Markets And Trends.
