1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of employment law matters to support the firm's operations and clients.
2. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate potential legal risks.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, and business teams, to understand their needs and provide strategic legal solutions.
4. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
5. Manage and resolve employment-related disputes and investigations, including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims.
6. Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary to ensure timely and effective legal support.
