  1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance on all employment-related matters to the organization and its clients.
  2. Stay current on employment laws and regulations, and advise on potential impacts and risks to the company.
  3. Review and draft employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  4. Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision making and provide recommendations on complex legal issues.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, to develop and implement best practices and policies related to employment law.
  6. Advise on and handle employment-related disputes, including investigations, mediations, and litigation.
  7. Assist with the development and delivery of training programs to educate employees and managers on employment law and best practices.
  8. Stay informed of industry trends and developments in employment law to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
  9. Partner with external counsel and manage external legal relationships and budgets as needed.
  10. Take a proactive approach to identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate these risks.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  12. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive positive change within the organization.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Act as a representative of the organization and uphold its values and reputation.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and streamline processes and procedures related to employment law and legal matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Practicing Employment Law

  • Proven Ability To Provide Legal Advice And Counsel To Senior Executives And Hr Professionals

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Priorities And Projects Simultaneously.
