  1. Provide legal counsel and support to McKinsey & Company on a global scale.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks in business operations.
  3. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements and contracts.
  4. Stay updated on laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations and provide guidance on compliance.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures.
  6. Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision making.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including outside counsel.
  8. Manage and oversee legal projects and initiatives.
  9. Ensure legal documents and contracts are properly executed and stored.
  10. Advise on potential legal disputes and provide support in resolving them.
  11. Assist in the management and oversight of the company's intellectual property.
  12. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal issues.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive legal matters.
  14. Keep abreast of industry and market trends to provide strategic legal advice.
  15. Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
  16. Mentor and develop junior members of the legal team.
  17. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  18. Collaborate with external legal advisors to manage legal matters efficiently.
  19. Ensure compliance with all ethical standards and codes of conduct.
  20. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture within the legal team and the company as a whole.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Practicing Attorney, Preferably In A Corporate Or Consulting Environment

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Corporate And Commercial Law, Including Contract Negotiation And Drafting, Intellectual Property, And Employment Law

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Legal Concepts To Non-Legal Professionals

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Legal Advice And Solutions To Complex Business Issues.
