
Administrator - Procurement and Product Development
You will be responsible for managing the contact database globally and updating content 3-4 times per year with partners. You’ll support the preparation of external and internal newsletters, and you’ll help with event organization (managing invitations, logistics, and budget for client events). Besides that, you will help to shape agendas and manage communication and logistics for internal practice events. You will manage the people database for dedicated teams, ensure regular checks and updates from the system, update mailing lists, onboard newcomers and support the practice’s External Advisors team (updating documents, ad hoc support).
2 years of related experience
Administrative experience, preferably in a knowledge related function
Advanced knowledge of general business concepts; thorough understanding of domain/industry/function
