
Account Coordinator
You will support our teams by managing graphical strategies for some of the firm’s most complex projects and oversee their organization in accordance to internal processes, best practices, service delivery agreements and departmental guidelines. As part of the team, you will be focusing on building relationships with our clients to support and accelerate their needs, open possibilities for their projects and be a direct partner to them, leveraging your skills in project management and communications to actively guide them to navigate our services and coordinate their requirements. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other regional and global coordinators, operations managers and stakeholders across various teams, to ensure process development and service improvement.
2+ years of experience in client service or customer relations
Excited to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; willingness for occasional travel
Solid knowledge in communications strategies and approaches
