Nurture a safety culture among individual crew members, shift and department. Interview, identify and select candidates to fill maintenance openings and grow team Manage projects and assignments in a timely and cost efficient manner Focus on Operational Excellence and commitment to implementing LEAN principles. Follow and enforce strict standards, practices, and processes that conform to established procedures and policies.
