Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Data Analyst Intern is responsible for supporting data management for the Global Talent Acquisition team. This includes collecting, analyzing and compiling reports, delivering meaningful talent insights, and ensuring overall efficiencies of systems. Create routine reports and custom ad hoc requests to support the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition team. Work with various data visualization tools to prepare reports, such as Excel, data warehouse API and Tableau. Build robust data analytics capabilities to help define and establish key recruiting success metrics and key performance indicators.

Job Qualifications

  • Current enrollment as a junior or senior in bachelor’s degree program.

  • Experience developing reports, spreadsheets and graphical analysis.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to develop creative solutions
