  1. Develop and implement strategies for efficient deployment of digital products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute technical changes and releases.
  3. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment on change and release plans.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to change and release processes.
  5. Monitor and track the progress of change and release activities to ensure timely delivery.
  6. Coordinate testing and validation of changes and releases to ensure quality and functionality.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to change and release activities.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and technology trends to continuously improve processes.
  9. Train and mentor team members on change and release processes and procedures.
  10. Provide technical support and guidance to address any issues related to changes and releases.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to manage any outsourced change and release activities.
  12. Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of changes and releases and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide updates on change and release activities.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to technical changes and releases.
  15. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and understanding.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Technical Product Manager

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Stakeholders Effectively.
