  1. Analyze and evaluate current IT asset management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize technology assets and processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and establish best practices for IT asset management.
  4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology asset management.
  5. Create and maintain documentation for technology assets, processes, and procedures.
  6. Monitor and report on the performance of technology assets and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  7. Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure the smooth functioning of technology assets.
  9. Train and support end-users on utilizing technology assets and following proper procedures.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of new technology initiatives and projects.
  11. Monitor and adhere to compliance and security standards related to technology assets.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT asset management.
  13. Continuously strive for innovation and improvement in technology asset management processes.
  14. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth integration of all technology assets.
  15. Adhere to company values, policies, and procedures while carrying out all responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In It Asset Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Fast Food Industry Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software And Hardware Asset Tracking, Procurement, And Budgeting Processes.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Advanced Skills In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Management Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
