Technical Business Analyst

Lead requirements gathering, refinement and discovery workshops. Lead and participate in project meetings to ensure understanding of requirements, timing, and resource requirements. Maintain detailed knowledge of the key business processes and systems and identify integration, alignment, and improvement opportunities. Collectively work across dynamic business and technical teams to align on prioritization, requirements and solution approaches. Interact with the other Global Technology, product, operations, and business teams as needed. Perform analysis, design, test plan creation, build and execute test scenarios/scripts, as well as participate in user acceptance testing. Assist with product support issues when necessary. Provides business process and technical direction to the support team when needed. Work with onsite and remote development teams, coordinating with both McDonald’s and third-party vendor development teams.
