Tech Labs Tech Writer
We are currently looking for an experienced Tech Writer to lead several technical documentation projects for our AI Drive Thru product. Determine technical documentation and training needs in partnership with engineering teams and Program Manager. Select appropriate medium for required documentation. Conduct documentation reviews with subject matter experts (both within McD Tech Labs and McDonald’s Corporate). Review documentation frequently to ensure it is up-to date and easy to access. Create onboarding documentation for technical staff.
5+ years of technical writing experience
