Supervisor, Operational Excellence

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of operational processes and procedures across all of our locations. - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of operational processes and procedures across all McDonald's locations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and excellence in operations.
- Train and mentor team members on operational processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Handle any operational issues or challenges that arise and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Ensure all locations are following food safety and quality standards.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep team members updated on new processes and procedures.
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to operational excellence.
Proven Experience In Operational Excellence: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Operational Excellence, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment Like The Food Industry. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Improvements And Delivering Results.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Supervisor In Operational Excellence Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members. They Should Be Able To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Manage Conflict Resolution.
Knowledge Of Lean Six Sigma Principles: Mcdonald's Corporation Values The Principles Of Lean Six Sigma In Their Operations. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Principles And Be Able To Apply Them In Their Work To Drive Continuous Improvement And Efficiency.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Supervisor, Effective Communication Is Crucial In Ensuring That Processes And Procedures Are Clearly Understood And Followed By Team Members. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate With All Levels Of The Organization And Build Strong Working Relationships.
Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Supervisor In Operational Excellence Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Areas For Improvement. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Think Critically To Develop Solutions To Complex Operational Issues.
