Job Description

McDonald's Corporation is seeking a dynamic and creative Supervisor, Brand Communications to join our world-class communications team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a variety of communications strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that support the McDonald's brand.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a genuine commitment to the McDonald's brand. You must also possess a high level of creativity and be able to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions to communications challenges.If you are passionate about communications, have strong leadership skills, and want to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement creative and effective communications strategies and campaigns to support the McDonald's brand • Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously • Provide leadership and direction to the communications team • Facilitate strong collaboration between various departments and teams • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of communications strategies and campaigns • Ensure accuracy and consistency of all communications materials • Provide creative solutions to communications challenges • Ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines • Utilize analytics to measure impact and success of communications initiatives
