  1. Lead the development and execution of innovative digital gaming initiatives for McDonald's Corporation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of gaming initiatives with overall company goals.
  3. Utilize technical expertise to drive the design and development of high-quality gaming experiences for McDonald's customers.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in gaming technology to inform and guide decision-making.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the implementation of gaming initiatives.
  6. Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of gaming projects.
  7. Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Digital Gaming team, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for digital gaming growth within the fast-paced and dynamic gaming industry.
  9. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of gaming platforms.
  10. Monitor and analyze gaming metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among team members.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on gaming initiatives, progress, and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Digital Gaming Development: A Sr. Manager, Tech Lead Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Digital Gaming Development, With A Track Record Of Successful Projects And A Strong Understanding Of Industry Trends And Best Practices.

  • Strong Technical Skills: This Position Requires A Deep Understanding Of Programming Languages, Software Development Methodologies, And Gaming Engines. Candidates Should Have A Strong Background In Developing And Leading Teams In The Creation Of Digital Gaming Experiences.

  • Leadership And Project Management Abilities: As A Sr. Manager, Tech Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Developers And Overseeing The Entire Digital Gaming Development Process. This Requires Excellent Leadership Skills, The Ability To Delegate Tasks Effectively, And A Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: Digital Gaming Is A Highly Competitive Industry, And The Sr. Manager, Tech Lead Should Have The Ability To Think Strategically And Anticipate Potential Challenges. They Should Also Be Able To Identify And Solve Technical Issues That May Arise During The Development Process.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Sr. Manager, Tech Lead Will Be Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Designers, Developers, And Project Managers.
