  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for end user computing systems and technologies to support the overall goals and objectives of McDonald's Corporation.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operation of end user computing systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
  3. Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in end user computing to proactively identify and implement new technologies that can improve efficiency and productivity.
  5. Monitor and maintain the security of all end user computing systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or concerns related to end user computing systems.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective support for all end user computing systems.
  8. Create and maintain documentation and procedures related to end user computing systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  9. Develop and manage the budget for end user computing systems, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on the status and performance of end user computing systems and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing And Leading End User Computing Teams, Preferably Within A Large Multinational Corporation.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Large-Scale End User Computing Projects, Such As System Upgrades Or Migrations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
