
Sr. Manager, Change COE Partner

- Develop and implement a change management strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive change.
- Lead and manage change initiatives across the organization, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure desired outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change efforts.
- Create and deliver effective communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Conduct training and workshops to equip employees with the skills and tools necessary to adapt to change.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in change management, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and drive innovation.
- Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging employees to embrace change.
- Develop and manage budgets for change initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Provide guidance and support to other leaders and managers in implementing change initiatives within their teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with change, proactively finding solutions to overcome them.
- Serve as a role model for change management best practices, demonstrating strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and encouraging teamwork among team members.
- Represent the company and the Change COE at internal and external events, showcasing the organization's commitment to continuous improvement.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Change Management, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Consulting Firm.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Change Initiatives And Implementing Large-Scale Organizational Changes.
Strong Knowledge Of Change Management Methodologies And Best Practices, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Change Management Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
