- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent McDonald's as a technology leader at industry events and conferences.
- Act as a mentor and coach for team members, providing guidance on career development and performance improvement.
- Uphold the McDonald's brand and values while promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the team.
At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Technology Delivery, Preferably In The Retail Or Restaurant Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Edge Platform Projects, Including Implementation And Maintenance.
Strong Understanding Of Emerging Technologies And Their Potential Impact On The Edge Platform Delivery Process.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Information Technology. Advanced Degree Or Relevant Certifications Preferred.
